We’re so excited to deliver a little box of magic straight to your door! Here’s everything you need to know about our current delivery windows and DFW delivery zones so you can plan ahead and enjoy your treats fresh and on time.

We offer rotating themed dessert boxes throughout the season. Each box is baked fresh in limited quantities and delivered on specific dates. Here’s what to expect for our Fall Collection:

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Latte Box (for PSL lovers, cozy girls, and all things pumpkin glam!)

  • Delivery Dates: Fridays & Saturdays

  • Start Dates: Kicking off Friday, August 30th

  • Ideal for cozy weekends, coffee dates, or gifting your favorite pumpkin fan.

🚙 NORTH DFW

  • Plano

  • Frisco

  • McKinney

  • Allen

  • The Colony

🧡 Pumpkin Patch Box (family-friendly fun, perfect for little ones!)

  • Delivery Dates: Saturdays & Sundays

  • Delivery Window: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Start Dates: Starting Saturday, September 7th

  • Great for family hangouts, playdates, or pumpkin party fun!

🗓 What if I ordered multiple boxes?

If you ordered multiple of the same box, they will be delivered the same day, but if you ordered multiple boxes in different styles, you’ll receive the deliveries staggered during their week to prioritize freshness (i.e., Bundle Boxes)

Rainbow Café delivers to select areas within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex! Our current delivery range includes:

🏙 CENTRAL DFW

  • Dallas (uptown, downtown, Oak Cliff, Bishop Arts, Lakewood, East Dallas, Highland Park, and nearby)

  • Irving

  • Addison

  • Carrollton

  • Farmers Branch

🍂 Fall Foliage Box (nature lovers, soft dreamy girls, and ethereal vibes)

  • Delivery Dates: Sundays only

  • Delivery Window: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Start Dates: Launching Sunday, September 15th

  • A perfect cozy treat for nature walks, journaling, or curling up with a book.

🌇 WEST/SOUTH DFW

  • Grand Prairie

  • Arlington

  • Fort Worth (limited areas, usually Sundays only)

  • Mansfield

  • Duncanville

  • DeSoto

  • Cedar Hill

📌 DELIVERY POLICY REMINDERS

  • Contactless drop-off available upon request.

  • You’ll receive a text message when your driver is on the way and a confirmation photo when delivery is complete.

  • If no one is home, we’ll leave your box in a shaded, secure area when possible. Please refrigerate upon receipt.

  • We cannot reattempt delivery unless previously arranged. Please double-check your address before submitting!
