Thank you for supporting Rainbow Café! Before placing your preorder, please take a moment to read the following terms. By submitting your order, you agree to these conditions:
🍰 1. Preorders Are Final
All preorders are made-to-order and customized. Because of the nature of our small-batch bakery, preorders are non-refundable and cannot be changed after payment is received.
If you need to adjust a delivery time or contact info, please email us at info@rainbowcafeandbakery.com within 24 hours of submitting the form.
📦 2. Pickup & Delivery
We currently offer delivery only in select areas of DFW.
You will receive a message with your estimated delivery day and time window the week of your order.
Delivery is **contactless** unless otherwise noted.
If you are unavailable to receive your box, please designate someone else or provide drop-off instructions. **We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to no-shows.**
⏰ 3. Delivery Schedule
Fall boxes will be delivered on a rotating area-based schedule to help us keep things fresh and manageable.
**You’ll be notified of your assigned delivery day** after your order is confirmed.
We cannot guarantee specific time requests, but we’ll do our best to accommodate general preferences.

Once you submit your preorder form, we will follow up within 48 hours with:

Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoicing to secure your box.
🧁 5. Product Info
All treats are baked in a home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Law.
Ingredients may include **wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.**
We cannot guarantee allergen-free products at this time.
Each box is decorated and packed by hand; **some variation is natural and adds to the charm.**

We love seeing your unboxings and treat pics! Tag us @rainbowcafeandbakery so we can feature you.
By purchasing, you permit us to share any submitted photos or kind reviews on our social media, unless otherwise requested.
